ProfitLine AI provides AI receptionist services designed to manage inbound calls for businesses.

Service Disclaimer:

• All revenue, profit, and performance metrics displayed by our calculators are estimates only based on the information provided by the user. We do not guarantee any specific results.

• Our services are limited to providing the AI receptionist platform and its functionality; we are not responsible for business performance outcomes.

3. Demo Policy

• We do not offer free trials.

• A $250 non-refundable fee applies to schedule a 30-minute consultation and live AI demo.

4. Payments & Billing

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, checks, wire transfers, and ACH transfers.

• Billing Cycle: Payments are processed monthly.

• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for consultations, setup fees, or monthly services.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

  • No partial refunds are provided, even if cancellation occurs early in the billing cycle.

• Late Payment Consequences:

  • Service is immediately suspended if payment is not processed.

  • Reactivation Fee: $49 USD.

5. User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete business information.

• Clients must ensure their use of the AI receptionist service complies with applicable laws.

• Use of the service for illegal or unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited.

Resale Policy:

• Reselling or sharing the service with third parties without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Software & Data Usage

• Ownership of Data: All scripts and call data generated by the AI system belong to the client. The client is solely responsible for its use.

• Data Collection: We do not collect or store call data for analytics or any other purpose beyond what is necessary for providing the service.

• Third-Party Integrations: ProfitLine AI may integrate with external services. We are not responsible for data handling practices of these third parties.

7. Industry Benchmarking

To provide relevant comparisons, we may request the client's industry information and compare their data to publicly available industry benchmarks. All benchmarks are generalized and based on industry reports; they are not guaranteed to reflect a specific business's exact performance.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue mediation first.

• If mediation fails, disputes may proceed to arbitration.

• Jurisdiction: The laws of the State of Texas, USA apply.

9. Intellectual Property

• ProfitLine AI retains ownership of its proprietary technology.

• Clients are prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, or reselling the AI receptionist model without written consent.

10. Service Termination

• Services may be terminated:

  • By mutual agreement.

  • Unilaterally by ProfitLine AI for non-payment or violation of these terms.

• Data Retention:

  • Data is deleted upon service termination.

  • If the client wishes to reactivate the service within 90 days, a $49 reactivation fee applies.

  • If 90 days lapse, the client must pay the full setup fee again.

11. Limitation of Liability

ProfitLine AI disclaims liability for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including:

• Power outages

• Internet disruptions

• Third-party software or hardware failures

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
